University of Victoria Vikes Athletics and Recreation is pleased to offer our support to local educational and non-profit groups and events that align with our mandate to support children's health and wellness, education, and athlete development in the community. Product Request

Product request criteria:

1. Must be an active member of the university.
2. One request per term.
3. Request is submitted at least two weeks in advance of function.
4. UVic endorsed.
5. No student or staff parties.
6. No political/religious undertones.
7. No student course work.
8. Must be a benefit to the student/UVic demographic.

Product will be given out based on current inventory. What our partners are able to provide will change on a yearly basis.

Once the form is submitted, you will receive a response from us on whether product is available or not. Responses usually occur within five business days.

If approved, you must confirm the product request details by email at least one week before the event.

Our partners would love to receive a thank-you letter from you after the event. Please submit these letters by mail or email to vikesmarketing@uvic.ca.
