Four seniors set to be honoured Feb. 19 with Vikes men's hoops squad

Feb. 19: UBC at UVic (w-5 p.m., m-7 p.m.), McKinnon Gymnasium

VICTORIA - Four graduating seniors from the University of Victoria Vikes men's basketball team will be honoured on Saturday Feb. 19 when the Vikes tipoff for their final regular season home game against the UBC Thunderbirds at McKinnon Gymnasium.

#Jeff Cullen#, #Jeff Spoor#, #Wendell Thomas# and #Marco Dolcetti# will all be honoured Saturday night, just after the women's game at approximately 6:30 p.m. Three women's players - #Kayla Dykstra#, #Jane Anholt# and #Vanessa Forstbauer# - will be honoured as well. Watch for a video on the Vikes women on Wednesday.

With 14 years combined between the four, the Vikes men hope they can use the emotion of playing in their final contest to help clinch a home-floor advantage for their Canada West best-of-three quarter-final series with the Alberta Golden Bears Feb. 25-27.
